SCOPE OF WORK
:
The Scope of refurbishment comprised of removal, renewal and reinstallation of pipe spools in cargo tanks, engine room and pump room, as specified by project consultant.
Marine conversion of cargo vessel to FPSO scope included new fabrication, installation and testing of piping systems c/w pipe supports and pipe racks, such as crude oil leading and offloading (cargo tanks and upper deck), crude oil washing, process and utility piping in engine room and pump room, turret pipping and integration of spools to Topside modules.
The scope of topside piping included new fabrication, installation and testing of piping systems c/w pipe supports for 8 units modules; with a total volume of 80,000 dia-inch piping which comprised of copper nickel, stainless steel, high and low temp and carbon steel.
