The scope of refurbishment comprised of removal, renewal and reinstallation of pipe spools in cargo tanks, engine room, pump room and main deck, as specified by project consultant. Marine conversion of cargo vessel to FPSO scope included new fabrication, installation and testing of piping systems c/w pipe supports and pipe racks; such as crude oil loading and offloading (cargo tanks and upper deck), crude oil washing, process and utility piping in cargo and ballast tank, FPT, pump room and main deck and integration of spools to Topside modules. Total combined volume of 85,000 dia-inch. Fabrication and installation of hydraulic systems piping and tubing with SS316L type with combined length of 12,000 metres. The Scope of Topside Piping scope included new fabrication, installation and testing of piping systems c/w pipe supports for 12 units of modules with a total volume of 110,000 dia-inch piping which comprised of copper nickel, Duplex stainless steel, stainless steel, high and low temp and carbon steel.
